Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order.
- All shipping estimates are calculated from the day your order is shipped and are in addition to the processing time.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- We ship via USPS, and will send a tracking email once your order is dispatched (for First Class Mail or Priority Mail).
Delivery & Responsibility
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded.

Handling Absences & Returns
- If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice for pickup or re-schedule.
- Packages with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm your address before reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered but not received, or refused/abandoned.
Customs & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that are payable directly to your local customs authorities upon arrival.
- We are not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs clearance.
